We provide website design, development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be agreed upon separately with each client before work begins.
Project Engagement & Payment
Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per an agreed milestone schedule. Optional ongoing services such as hosting, maintenance, or content edits are billed separately and continue until cancelled by either party.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website design and custom code transfers to the client, excluding any third-party assets, licensed tools, or frameworks, which remain subject to their respective licenses. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and assets needed to complete a project, and for the accuracy and legality of any content they supply. Delays in providing necessary materials may affect project timelines.
Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at the start of the engagement. Requests that fall outside the original agreed scope may be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We strive to deliver high-quality, functional websites, but services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tcrespo.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed at the agreed rate, and any deposit paid is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
